13th Annual Race for Hunger Announced!
The Lake County Farm Bureau will be sponsoring the 13th Annual Race For Hunger event at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday March 3, 2011 at the Piggly Wiggly store located at 3341 Sheridan Road in Zion. The Race for Hunger event is held every year in order to raise public awareness of Food Check Out Week, which celebrates the abundance and safety of food that we in the U.S. are able to enjoy due to the hard work of our farmers and ranchers!
